Cultivating a sense of authenticity and wonder.

When we approach ourselves from a viewpoint of judgment and worry, many of us become closed down and rigid. When we have a posture of wonder, we are more likely to succeed at making personal changes. We can stretch, expand and grow easily from this place. We are more able to recognize and change patterns that we all establish in our lives—patterns that can block us from becoming who we really are.

Exploring the
mind—body connection.

There is ample research suggesting that our minds and our bodies are deeply interwoven. Challenges we experience in our minds always express themselves in our bodies—the key is to understand how. Becoming more attuned to this relationship takes practice, as you learn to recognize your own unique sets of reactions to situations you encounter.

Making the subconscious conscious.

Sometimes we have an intention to say or do something in a certain way but we discover that, no matter how hard we try, our actions fall short of our desires. To create better alignment, we must consider our patterns in an integrated and layered manner—exploring our emotions and thoughts, challenging ideas we unconsciously hold.
